Applications

CalCheck unit providing 5 x 10^-6 cc/sec sulfur hexafluoride gas. Calibration takes 1 minute with alarm level set points and volume easily set on touch screen. The display then asks for the probe to be held in the Reference Leak and automatically calibrates.
Glove boxes using a dilute sulfur hexafluoride trace gas, and checking externally for leaks.
Leak integrity assurance to ultra low levels on equipment containing sulfur hexafluoride and (H)CFC's in medical, refrigeration and air conditioning units.
