Leak Detection Instruments

Part of LACO's family of production leak testing systems, FlexStation^TM Production Helium Leak Testing Workstations are designed to meet the needs of production helium leak testing without the high cost of traditional automated leak test systems. FlexStation^TM workstations are available in the following configurations:

• Bench-Top (BT) Leak Detectors: Integrated systems for bench-top use.
• Workstation (WS) Leak Detectors: Integrated into a portable workstation with a heavy duty stainless steel work surface.
• Custom Configured (CC) Systems: Integrated systems designed to meet the customer's unique requirements (typically for leak testing larger parts). Contact us for with your requirements.

Flexibility allows you to:

• Configure for any part size or type (up to 1000 liters)
• Configure various pumping options in roughing and test modes
• Interface with PC or PLC (available, but not required)
• Easily upgrade or reconfigure system and protecting your investment
• Configure with oil-sealed or dry vacuum pumps
