Alcatel Turbo Pumps

Description
Alcatel's line of turbo pumps include ceramic and magnetic bearing designs, molecular drag, and hybrid vacuum pumps.

ATH Series
ATH 31: Miniature hybrid turbo pump designed for analytical instrumentation (30 l/s).
ATH200: A grease-lubricated ball bearing hybrid turbomolecular pump. Pumping speed: 200 l/s.
ATH Maglev Hybrid: Magnetically levitated hybrid turbo pumps for semiconductor process applications. Pumping speeds from 400 to 1300 l/s.

ATP Series
A family of turbo pumps available in standard, corrosive, and high pressure designs. Pumping speeds from 80 to 900 l/s.

MDP Series
Small molecular drag pumps from 7.5 to 27 l/s.

Drytel Series
Includes either Alcatel MDP 5011 molecular drap pump (7.5 l/s) or the compact ATH 31 + hybrid turbo pump (30 l/s) or 1 m3/h or 43/h dry roughing pump

ATP Series A family of turbo pumps available in standard, corrosive, and high pressure designs. The ATP design is focused on reliability and robustness with performance well adapted to three main application fields: high vacuum applications, corrosive gas pumping, and semiconductor applications.
ATH Series The ATH series hybrid turbomolecular pump incorporates turbomolecular stages with molecular drag stages, resulting in:
  • High pumping speed
  • High compression ration, resulting in hight exhause pressure tolerance.

    MDP Series This best-selling vacuum pump is an ideal alternative between turbo and Roots pumps. They are designed on the basis of the Holweck principle. This high technology pump includes 3 different stages : (1) a preliminary stage with a row of blades for the maximum conductance to ensure the highest possible pumping speed. (2) a stage with a drum with a multi-ribbed structure to ensure the maximum efficiency and a high compression ratio. (3) a stage with a dynamic seal which allows the pump to operate with a high exhaust pressure.
    Drytel Oil Free Pumping Systems The Drytel 1025 is a modern, reliable and cost-effective product designed for industrial and R/D applications requiring a dry, clean vacuum, including cryo regeneration, electron microscopes, mass spectrometers, gas analysis, outgasing, foreline pumping, and gauge calibration.
