Leak Standard Calibrations
|
NIST Traceable Leak Calibration Service for all types of helium and other gas calibrated leak standards. Standard calibration includes "as-received" measurement of the leak rate at room temperature. Other services available if required, at no additonal charge: calibration in temperature controlled water bath, adjusting leak rate by repressurizing with gas. Additional services also available: replacement of leak element, repair/replace valves, replace gauges, multiple calibration points, calibration in water bath at several temperatures.

Open Style Leak Standards
|
Open Style Leak Standards in crimped capillary or teflon permeation. These leak standards require gas supplied by the customer. They can be mounted into a production part to simulate a leak or permanantly plumbed in-line on a production leak test system. LACO is the only manufacturer of an open style helium permeation leak standard. These are ideal for permanent installation in production helium leak testing systems, and eliminate the common problem associated with crimped capillary leak standards plugging when the quality of the gas cannot be tightly controlled.

Sniffer Calibrator Leak Standards
|
Designed for calibrating sniffier-type gas leak detectors, our sniffer leak standards feature unique outlet adaptor fittings that are designed to fit most brands of sniffer probes.
Our unique design allows us to use a rugged teflon permeation element at high pressures creating a leak standard in a range that does not require refilling.
Note: When performing production leak testing using the sniffer method, it is highly recommended to calibrate the leak detector using an external leak standard calibrated at the reject level you are testing to. This will ensure that zero adjustments or helium background changes do not adversely affect your leak test.

Capillary Leak Standards
|
Designed for calibrating mass spectrometer leak detectors, RGAs and production leak test systems, our crimped capillary leak standards can be calibrated with most gases or mixtures. They feature a very low temperature coefficient, and capillaries are protected with sintered metal filters.
Crimped capillary leak standards feature the flexibility of use with virtually any gas, as well as good temperature stability compared to permeation leak standards. Leaks available with LACO proprietary low-dead volume isolation valve. Adjustable and refillable models are also available.

Helium Permeation Leak Standards
|
Designed for calibrating mass spectrometer leak detectors and production leak test systems, our helium permeation leak standards feature a clog-free, no-refill rugged design. Available with glass element (10-10 to 10-6 atmcc/sec) or Teflon element (10-9 to 10-3 atmcc/sec). Adjustable and refillable models are also available.
