Description
TorrPakTM Dry high vacuum systems provide simple, reliable, oil-free vacuum for a variety of applications. The family of products currently consists of the TPS8 Series (7.5 l/sec) and TPS30 Series (30 l/sec). The systems incorporate the highest performance molecular drag an hybrid turbomolecular vacuum pumps with the latest diaphragm and piston dry pump technology to provide optimum vacuum performance from atmosphere to high vacuum.
