    Dry Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps Dry diaphragm pumps offer vacuum from 110 torr to 0.5 torr at 0.45 to 6.0 cfm. The chemical duty versions use PTFE for all wetted parts which permits the pumping of aggressive solvent, base and acid vapors. The small footprint takes up little bench area, and there is low noise and vibration.
    Features
    Two basic versions are available:
  • Standard version: The materials of the wetted parts are made of aluminium, Viton and polyamide. This is adequate for less aggressive gases and vapours.
  • Chemistry version: All medium contacted parts of the chemistry version are made of PTFE or PTFE coated diaphragms
    • Dry Piston Vacuum Pumps Standard duty dry piston vacuum pumps feature oil- and water-free economical aluminum design. Available in both Standard Duty, one-stage and High Throughput Standard Duty two-stage configurations. Oil and water-free design makes these dry piston vacuum pumps ideal for non-corrosive applications.

    Alcatel AMD Series AMD series pumps provide oil-free pumping for applications where dry, clean pumping is required. The AMD1 and AMD4 diaphragm pumps provide high performance in a compact package. These pumps feature three stages of guided planar diaphragms, resulting in unmatched performance, quality and reliability.
