Open Style Leak Standards
|
Open Style Leak Standards in crimped capillary or teflon permeation. These leak standards require gas supplied by the customer. They can be mounted into a production part to simulate a leak or permanantly plumbed in-line on a production leak test system. LACO is the only manufacturer of an open style helium permeation leak standard. These are ideal for permanent installation in production helium leak testing systems, and eliminate the common problem associated with crimped capillary leak standards plugging when the quality of the gas cannot be tightly controlled.

Helium Permeation Leak Standards

Designed for calibrating mass spectrometer leak detectors and production leak test systems, our helium permeation leak standards feature a clog-free, no-refill rugged design. Available with glass element (10-10 to 10-6 atmcc/sec) or Teflon element (10-9 to 10-3 atmcc/sec). Adjustable and refillable models are also available.

Sniffer Calibrator Leak Standards
|
Designed for calibrating sniffier-type gas leak detectors, our sniffer leak standards feature unique outlet adaptor fittings that are designed to fit most brands of sniffer probes.
Our unique design allows us to use a rugged teflon permeation element at high pressures creating a leak standard in a range that does not require refilling.
Note: When performing production leak testing using the sniffer method, it is highly recommended to calibrate the leak detector using an external leak standard calibrated at the reject level you are testing to. This will ensure that zero adjustments or helium background changes do not adversely affect your leak test.
