Manual Leak Testing Stations

Description
Innovative, High Speed Production Leak Detection Systems for leak testing products using virtually any gas. We use Alcatel Helium Leak Detectors as well as our "Multi-Gas" mass spectrometer sensor for virtually all leak detection applications.

The system shown at the right is a manual purge - fill - seal - leak test station using a cold weld pinch-off device and an Alcatel ASM180T helium leak detector. 		Manual Leak Testing Stations

Specifations and Ranges
Our machines are capable of leak testing from 10-9 atmcc/sec and larger in vacuum mode and 10-6 atmcc/sec and larger in sniffing mode.
