The family of products consists of the TPS8 Series (7.5 l/sec) and TPS30 Series (30 l/sec). The systems incorporate the highest performance molecular drag and hybrid turbomolecular vacuum pumps with the latest diaphragm and piston dry pump technology to provide optimum vacuum performance from atmosphere to high vacuum. Modular Pump Systems Torrpak Modular Controllers are available for use with the Alcatel MDP 5011 7.5 L/sec molecular drag pump or the ATH30 or ATH31 30 L/sec hybrid turbo pumps. All controllers, include pump connecting cables and controller power cord. Controllers can be used with either dry or oil sealed roughing pumps. Controllers allow for plugging in power connection of roughing pump for single switch operation. Available in either 120VAC or 220VAC.
