The Horizontal High (HH) series vacuum chambers feature a horizontal cylindrical chamber design. HH series vacuum chambers can achieve vacuum performance down to 1 x 10^-6 Torr. The horizontal design provides easy side loading and unloading. The chamber body is constructed of stainless steel 36" diameter x 40" long.
