This high technology pump includes 3 different stages : (1) a preliminary stage with a row of blades for the maximum conductance to ensure the highest possible pumping speed. (2) a stage with a drum with a multi-ribbed structure to ensure the maximum efficiency and a high compression ratio. (3) a stage with a dynamic seal which allows the pump to operate with a high exhaust pressure.
