To guarantee you get the performance you need from a LACO leak standard or any other brand leak standard we recommend you send it in annually for recalibration.

Recalibration—Simply return your leak standard to LACO, typically yearly, for its NIST traceable, A2LA accredited calibration to ISO 17025-2005 and ANSI Z540-1-1994 standards. When returning a leak standard for repair or calibration submit a Leak Standard Calibration Request form to obtain shipping information and a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Typical turnaround time for leak standard calibrations is 2 weeks after receiving them. Expedited service available upon request.

Repair Services—In the event that your leak is damaged, LACO provides free evaluation services. We will contact you with details on what it will take to repair the leak standard and get it back into service.

Packaging Notes—Always package the leak standard in a sealed package to protect it from dust and moisture. Leak standards equipped with a pressurized gas reservoir will be subject to special Haz-Mat shipping requirements. Consult local and federal requirements to insure you are in compliance when shipping and transporting leak standards.

Warranty—All LACO leak standards are backed by our lifetime product warranty
