LACO is a well-established and growing engineering and manufacturing company looking for an experienced, highly competent EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support our CEO and executive management team. Requirements & Duties: The ideal candidate will have had experience with event planning, meeting management, and handling travel arrangements for the executive team. This person must be intuitive and forward thinking with a proactive nature to anticipate the executive team needs. Communication is critical as you will find yourself meeting with and supporting company executives with important projects. You will need to multitask and work independently with little supervision at times. You will report directly to the CEO and oversee his calendar, meetings, and communications. The CEO's support will require you to research, prepare reports, and assist with preparing presentations. You will participate in and provide support for management meetings including scheduling, agendas, and follow up. Other administrative duties will be assigned as needed. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a bonus.
