High vacuum space simulation product testing for a micro/nano satellite hardware and software supplier.
The customer required an economical solution for testing micro and nano satellites under high vacuum in a 4.2 cubic foot chamber. Because most high vacuum systems required features such as gate valves, the challenge was to build a high vacuum system using innovative methods to keep costs lower for the customer.
We engineered a simple, economical high vacuum system that utilized a custom venting system that was safe and effect to use with a turbo pump. Combined with an easy-to-use interface using a single, combination gauge and start/stop button, the satellite product testing vacuum system provided high vacuum testing at an economical price.
